Hi, I'm in the South East. Has any one ever had a timber framed extension done? I'm planning on a fairly small, single storey extension to the kitchen (approx. 3m x 4m). I would love a vaulted ceiling and an oak frame. I'm looking for feedback, good or bad! Is it hard to keep warm? Did it take long to build? Was it very expensive?
