We currently have a 2 1/2 story house which is 5 years old. The loft is currently converted into two rooms with two sky lights in each, one we have as an office and one as a playroom. We are thinking of converting this to a master suite to include a bedroom, dressing area and en suite. We would probably want a dormer where each of the pairs of skylights are and the water tank in currently boxed in the smaller of the two room. I have no idea on costs so before I drag out a builder I thought I would put it out there for comments and ideas. Maybe a sliding door at the top of the stairs ?. Attached is a plan of the house, slight difference in that when you come up the stairs there is a little landing with a skylight, then a door to the left into the smaller room and a door to the right into the larger room. Oh and the total length of the two room is just over 11m
