Feeling frustrated…so having a whinge, sorry. Really want to buy a property that needs work so we can do it up how we want, plus hopefully get more space for our money. However this seems impossible. I know it is a popular thing to do but I don't know how anyone but cash buying developers get the properties. They seem to disappear like hot cakes and if you even mention that you have a mortgage you are dropped. Ah well...
