Burnham - How is it to live with family

Hi,

We are looking to move close to Maidenhead area but the property prices are so high there. So, we are looking for alternative affordable places close to maidenhead.

I would like to know how that area for a family of 3. we have a kid so, we also need good schools, restaurants etc., around.

I grew up in Maidenhead. Burnham is nice but there are a lot of nice villages surrounding the town.

Do you have your heart set on Burnham alone?

Thanks for replying. Not yet. We are exploring maidenhead area and i saw Burnham is affordable to buy a house compared to Maidenhead. My priority is to stay close to Burnham station (upto 2 miles) and moterway so we can commute to London.

Burnham or closer to Slough is cheaper. It makes complete sense. There is plenty of supermarkets and other necessities nearby and Cliveden not far away, which is beautiful.
