Trying to work out before buying somewhere what some of these jobs may cost. Anyone got an ideas?
replacing 11 double glazed windows (each around 1.8m long) £10,000?
Fixing very creaky stairs (every tread) £500?
removing patio door on a bedroom and putting a window back in ????
taking down flat roof (about 4 m long) in front of bedroom and either re-rendering or putting an open porch in place ?????
