Conservatory Cleaning, how much?

About to move into our new house, the conservatory is approx 9"x11" and filthy!!! Can't see any way we can clean it ourselves due to one side being up against next door and the other side attached to the kitchen. Anyone got any idea re price to get the professionals in? Have emailed one company, no answer yet. We are in the south east. Thank you in advance

We're inside m25 and were quoted £85 last summer.

We did it ourselves

Mine was about £250 for inside and outside. It wasn't that dirty it was the fact that our next door neighbours put a new conservatory on their house and being spanking new it made ours look bad

The team did some minor repairs to that decorative ridge thing on the top, we also had a slipped roof pane and they had ladders that allowed them onto the roof.

It wasn't just a wash it with a power washer thing, otherwise we would have done it. Each part of the UPVC frame was cleaned and dried off.

Looked amazing when they had finished. Ours was 10x10ft.
