Bamboo Flooring?

I quite like the look of this for our sitting/dinning room. Can anyone give any reviews or compare it to engineered wood?

Thanks

Bump!

I'd love to see photos of bamboo flooring as I can't quite visualise it from showroom pieces. I currently have maple engineered maple wood with wide planks through the whole downstairs apart from wc & it looks fab - but scratched in places, dents elsewhere - had it 14 years & think I need something bombproof this time.
Incidentally it was sold to me as retail quality, v thick wear layer so I could sand it, but thinking of a change.

I'm looking to install solid bamboo throughout ground and first floor for everywhere except bathrooms. I'd also really appreciate any pictures.

From what I've seen on other threads people generally seem to recommend bamboo highly. But I've no actual experience so can't help on that front.

We had to rent our house out because of my husband's job and have just gone back in this weekend - pretty much the only thing that looks as good as when we left it is the bamboo flooring, which has stood up to a large family for four years without any impact at all. So yes, completely bombproof. It is a medium brown, quite a warm colour. Not sure it can be sanded though.
