What date should I put my house on the market next year?

Spring obviously is best but is there more specific advice?

We are selling and buying a new house so want to choose a time when there is plenty coming on the market. I want to organise lots of maintenance and decoration for the house pre-sale so want to do my project plan .

just after Easter is always good. Lots of others will go on then - plenty of people looking but also plenty of competition.

Thank you. Easter falls on 5 th April next year which seems like a nice time for the garden too. I am already getting butterflies at the thought of moving. Can't wait to have more space.
