Amtico?

We're in the process of purchasing a lovely bungalow that needs updating and are considering our options for flooring. Our main concern is that it is easy to clean and maintain (we have two cats and a dog) and that it is warm underfoot. At present in the house we are selling we have tiles which look lovely but make the house feel freezing in the winter. Amtico seems to be popular at the moment and our neighbours have just had it in their house. It looks nice as is apparently very hard wearing. Just wondered if any of you have any experience of it or thoughts?

there are lots of alternatives to amtico - its just a brand name, karndean & polyflor are both the same to name a couple of other brands but there are a few other vinyl floor tiles/plank makers. we have it in our kitchen for 5 years now and is still looks like new, is easy to clean and would be easy to replace if a piece was damaged.
