...please for the love of all that's great & good, tell me! I can have one instead of a blanking plate in Neff or Siemens & can't see the point in wasting the space, but I have to decide today! so please help!

Thank you!

I've got one. It's useful for resting meat dishes before carving, as well as warming plates and whatnot.

Not exactly a necessity but nice to have.

great for proving dough too !

Thanks - still have to convince my DH but I am getting it. Now, what brand is your warming drawer? Was there anything that made you choose it over another than cost/matching your oven?
Thanks again!

Ours is a Siemens I think. It matches the microwave, that's why we chose it!

We have a miele warming drawer which was silly money and I am yet to use it to its full potential. It's a nice addition to our kitchen and will probably be very useful at Christmas.

I have 2 in my kitchen design (starts in a few weeks' time). I am sure they will be useful for heating plates/keeping stuff warm.. Cooked sunday breakfasts etc.... Of course I am expecting to turn into Nigella the day my kitchen is finished....
