Shower with angled arm

I am looking to replace our shower which at the moment just runs straight from the taps and usually burns us once a week.

The issue is the ceiling slopes at a 45 degree angle so all the shower heads with fixed arms will be too low. I ideally need a shower head with an arm of about 5'' which slopes upwards - has anyone seen anything similar?

Is the shower head going on the angled wall or on a straight wall? Is this an over bath shower?

Anyway, have you considered getting a thermostatic bath filler/shower, then you'll have a constant temperature. We have one by Grohe and it is fabulous. It produces a great shower too.
