Asking price or OIRO

Our house has gone on the market. All valuations were 140-145k mark. Agent wanted to put it on the market for OIRO 150k as she said we'd be more likely toget sensible offers a bit under 150k.

But they've put it on the market at an asking price of 150k.

I'm worried that now its over priced. But there's not much similar on the market to compare it to. Should I tell them to change it ASAP. Will it make a difference?

I just look at the price, all the 'in region of' etc doesn't really mean anything as we all interpret it differently anyway. Don't worry, people luv to haggle anyway.

Thanks. I'm probably worrying too much.

I also just look at the number. Good luck in finding a buyer!

I don't think it makes any difference.
