help! Your advice on screens for l-shaped shower baths

We are about to re-do our bathroom and are going for one of those l-shaped shower baths. My only concern is the shower screen. You can't fold it in out of the way during bathtime because it will bash the shower. I could potentially fold it outwards against the wall, but it would be right over the toilet (part where you sit rather than the cistern part) - not great if you need a pee while LO is in the bath.

Has anyone tried other options other than the seemingly obligatory l-shaped bath-screen they all seem to come with? I would love something of decent quality that folds, but not sure where to source one. Help!

We have one and it's no bother at all. We've bathed DS in it since he was a baby and it's not really been an issue. The only thing is you can't take out the whole of the rubber seal along the bottom to wash it properly. We love having a full sized shower tray in our bath!

Do you need to move it at all?
A shower curtain would be the cheap option, but there are nice folding screens - ours is called Daryl. If you look up folding shower screens there are plenty.

Could you not put the shower higher? My parents had this issue with their bath so I made sure when our shower was installed that it was higher than the top of the screen. It means that our screen will fold in against the wall.
