Would you add 3rd shower with combi boiler?

I know the advice is 2 bathrooms max with a combi but we are thinking of adding an ensuite.

Our bedroom is other side of the house from the bathroom and a small kid-free ensuite would be fab.
Thinking is that even if we have 3 showers we would never use all 3 simultaneously.

If relevant great pressure and big new boiler means 2 showers run fine together at the moment.

If you're not going to use them simultaneously then I can't see why not.

Or swap one of the existing (one you use least) for electric.

We bought an electric shower for the small en suite - then it has no impact on boiler and handy if boiler conks out ever. Not sure our combi would do two showers at once. Will have to experiment later...

We've got 3. Theyre never used at the same time so hasn't caused a problem.

Are you all sure that you really won't use them at the same time? We have three showers - and two are regularly used at the same time, and I can imagine when the DC are older /aka teenagers - that all three might be put through their paces.
