Residing our house

We need to get new siding sometime soon and I am LOVING this color scheme. Any thoughts?

I got confused with "residing" and "re-siding"!

I thought - of course you reside in your house. Where else?

(The colour scheme is bold but could be really lovely if done well. You don't live near the seaside, by any chance? This would look especially fab there.)

No, I'm in Minnesota so definitely no sea. Lots of lakes though. I just think it looks really lovely and, well, cheerful. No houses around here like it though so it might stand out in a bad way.

Ah, that makes sense - I only know houses with sidings near the sea here in the UK!

Everything is siding here pretty much :) We have wood, which I love but the upkeep is just too much. When we get new it'll be something different.

The front of our last house was lap siding on the front. Dh had to replace some of it and replaced them with the cement board ones with wood grain pattern, I'd recommend them. No rot, no termites, doesn't burn and hard wearing. I love those colours. We did ours in sunny Yellow with white trim.
