Recommendations for letting agency in liverpool

I've had some bad luck with property management agencies, either not paying the rent on time, or taking months to carry out repairs.
So if your a landlord or a tenant can you recommend an agency I could use to rent out my property.

Thanks universal, that would be great if you could post a link. Do they cover the kirkdale area for the city? I'm overseas so trying to find the right balance in size of letting agency. My last one was a national agency, they got it let quickly but were incredibly slow with the repairs, plus a lot of admin fees. I'd be concerned a small letting agency would take longer to get it let out.

Did you find them quick with the repairs?

Yes. I know I sound like an advert but I couldn't fault them. They done all the works to the house while it was empty. Including gas checks and painting.

Universal, I rang the there and he seems pretty good.i'm glad it's a smaller company but I have one last question. Do you get your rent and statements on time every month from them?
I had a management company previously that I had to email every month asking when the rent was going through. I really don't want to make the same mistake again!

Yes without fail. Emailed every month at the same time. They also keep a date of your gas checks etc and remind you when they need doing. They also done the inventory and complete annual checks on the house.
Good luck with letting your house! I must admit I found it quite difficult as I didn't have a clue and worried about every aspect.
