Remortgage form help please

I am remortgaging our property and need to complete the mortgage deed.

Me, DH & kids are the only ones living here. We have completed and had witnessed the bit of the form for the 'Customer'.

I am pretty sure that we do not need to anything with bit regarding Occupier's consent but could someone knowledgeable confirm that that is the case. I don't want to send the form off and have it sent back again.

The occupies consent form has to be filled in by anyone over the age of 18 who is not on the mortgage. So if you're both on it, and the children are all little, you don't need to do it.
