Bi folds/3 sliding/ french doors .....same colour as rest of windows or not?.

Sorry to be a door bore, but I just can't make up my mind for my gap of 3.9 metres.
I've been reading all the threads and googling and love in particular the dark grey and black aluminium options, but all my other windows are white UPVC is that odd?

I would like as little frame as possible to show off my lovely garden view, but given my space, would 3 panels of 1.3 metres be 2 big and cumbersome for bi folding?
I'm not especially bothered about being able to open the whole space up, its more about the unbroken view which is what puts me off French doors. Sliding doors a good option, but with it being my only back door it feels weird to not have a normal opening door..... anybody got an opinion to share please?

Have just installed grey bi-fold doors (3 x 1 metre) even though all our windows are white. Just didn't like white bi-folds (sorry if offending anyone). The space between each panel is very dark and stands out against white doors but is invisible with grey/black.

The company we purchased through said that of their sales 80% are for grey doors, 10% black and 10% white. I'm guessing a large proportion of those with grey/black doors have white framed windows.

Not sure what the maximum panel size is but you might need 4 panels for an opening of 3.9m. One would open like a single door and the other three push back in a folding mechanism the opposite way.

In your position I'd opt for a fixed single window, floor to ceiling, covering 2/3 rds of your space with a single glazed door on the remaining 1/3 rd. Either slide or opening out to the garden.

We have also just purchased grey bi-folds and went for matching grey aluminium doors and windows for our big new open plan space. Our other windows are white and I think it looks fine, but glad we wrnt for all the same in the extension.
