I'd like to repaint my windowsills, as they're looking a bit tired and stained. Problem is, I have no idea what to do. Do I need to take the current paint off first? Does it need an undercoat and what type of paint (and brushes) do I need to buy. I've never done this before, so would be grateful for any advice!
