Is there mumsnetters out there who live in the Beverley area and know of someone looking to sell a 4 bedroom house?? We had the most perfect home that we were in the process of purchasing but the vendor has taken a higher offer last minute and its fallen through. Our currently home is due to be rented out as of the 30th July and we now have nowhere to move to. My husband starts a new job in September, hence the relocation, and we can stay with family for a week or two but its not a long term solution with a 3 year old and an 8 week old baby. Our budget is around the £200,000 - £230,000 mark ... Any suggestions or help would be greatly received.
