How long until you had a viewing?

Our house has been on the market for 9 days and we haven't had any viewings yet. The brochure was emailed to 49 people, and we've had over 700 views on zoopla since 22nd. We're in a really popular area where houses sell pretty quickly.
Our last house (18m ago same area) had 3 viewings day one and we accepted an offer day two. While I wasn't expecting this again, I was expecting to have had at least one viewing.
I'd say house is priced right and presented nicely..
How long did everyone else wait until they had viewings? (I appreciate it is only 9 days- just getting antsy!)

We had one viewing a week after we went on. We've been on 5 weeks now and none until today we've had 3.

Funny they've all come at once- any reason do you think? Hope one of them turns to a sale for you!

Zoopla is t necessarily the best. Is your agent on rightmove?

Yup, we went with them because they are one of the only ones in our area who do :-/

We've dropped the price Whale so hopefully something will come of it.

Im already considering doing that (after a week..!) because we've found our dream house and it's 20k under budget which means we can afford to sell for less than originally planned. Want to make a bit of a profit tho :-/
Good luck anyhow!
