Has anyone ever heard of or used this company? We've got some quartz samples from them which we like but I can't find anything about them online so am a bit worried about what the quality will be like. All the other branded samples e.g. Silestone, caesarstone etc are out of our price range!

I was considering using this company (if they are the one in Dawes Road, Fulham) however the customer "service" I got was dreadful (failure to communicate etc) so I went elsewhere.

There are lots of other companies distributing the same quartz and granite tops - have a search on the internet.

I did use them last year, and the end result is exactly what I wanted. I found the customer service in the shop was fine, but they were much less good when trying to get answers on the phone or email. There was a significant delay in delivery, and while I wasn't actually told this, I got the impression that there had been a problem either sourcing or cutting the worktop. I would have understood either (or any other reason) and would have much preferred them to talk to me rather than ignore me.

However, the worktop does look very good indeed, and the fitters were excellent.
