Do Howdens supply unpainted kitchens?

Tempted by the prices (and reports of quality) but put off by the limited colours available. Does anyone know whether you can buy unpainted for DIY finishing?
Thanks!

Not as far as I know. You could look at DIY-kitchens and one of their "sanded" ranges (Broadoak etc). They do a very large choice of paint colours though.

Or google the door style and find a local Second Nature stockist (they supply these doors to various kitchen companies, if you want full design service). There are a whole load of other threads on kitchen painting.

Think you've spotted a gap in the market. I would buy an unpainted kitchen. Copyright it. Smile

Any wood yard can make the doors to your spec. I do it all the time much cheaper get them made in mdf and lacquered in paint of your choice at car sprayer Costs a fraction of devol plain English etc

Noddy holder that's a fab idea. Where can you find a wood yard?

Look up timber merchants near you and go and ask them for prices it's a great way to get a bespoke kitchen

How do you go about finding a car sprayer to finish the doors? I love Plain English, but £££s!
