Hi there,
We are in London and put our house in the market at the beginning of May. We had a few viewings at first, but things really slowed down over the last few weeks - the agent says the market has cooled and everyone is waiting around plus it's going into summer.
Anyway, we are thinking of taking it off and putting it back on the market next spring, but reading the Sunday Times today has got me worried that the election will make things really slow down and we won't be able to sell then!
I know no-one has a crystal ball, but does anyone have an idea of what to do? I just don't trust our estate agent to give us an honest unbiased opinion!
Thanks
