We need to have the hall papered above the dado rail only (wood paneling below doesn't need attention) and wonder roughly how long it might take a decorator to do. The walls are covered with good quality lining paper which has been emulsioned so there's no prep to do. Any guesses as to cost? The last (top quality) emulsion we used gave a horrible patchy finish which looks awful from certain angles and in certain lights otherwise we wouldn't be having the work done. Hope this makes sense!
