composite door

Has anyone had a composite door painted? Mine is fading and want to do something.
can you recommended a specialist?

Hmm - no, ours is white. Can you contact the manufacturer or supplier for advice? Also these kinds of things tend to be under warranty - how long have you have the door?

There are companies that paint white upvc window frames - I think they spray a coating on - could you contact one of them for advice and a quote? I drive past a showroom every day on my way to work and their window frames are coloured and don't appear to have peeled or faded.

The door is out of warranty, had it for 12 years. They say they don't fade, but they do. It was one of the big manufacturers, so not cheap. Also, bored of the colour now.

Will call the manufacturer too. Keep forgetting about the door - one of those things that annoys me when I see it, but when I am safely inside I forget again.
