Wondered if anyone can help. Recently had offer accepted on new house not far from where we currently live. All searches have come up clear but the environment report has said there is a high risk of subsidence within 50m of the property. Having lived in the area for a few years I've never heard of anyone suffering from it, although a sink hole did open up on the other side of town about 6 months ago. The buildings structural survey came back fine. Has anyone else experienced this in a report and if so, should I ignore or investigate further?
