Saw this and thought the Property watchers here would appreciate the Estate Agents sense of humour!!!

Thatched badger cottage

OP posts:
BumWad · 10/06/2014 23:48

Disappointed he's not in all the pics!

HenI5 · 11/06/2014 09:02

Yes, they missed a trick there, I looked and looked. Am on phone so at first I kept staring trying to make out a thatch badger over the porch Grin

embarrassedmum80 · 11/06/2014 10:31

That made me smile :-) Do you think he comes with the house??

Hooliesmoolies · 11/06/2014 11:48
Grin
mrsbucketxx · 11/06/2014 11:50

im being a bit dumb real or stuffed?

Aberchips · 11/06/2014 11:51

Love it!

PinklePurr · 11/06/2014 11:52

I want that badger.

Not the house though.

Buchanon08 · 11/06/2014 11:58

:)

HenI5 · 11/06/2014 12:02

I think if we ever put our house on the market I'll sneak an unusual stuffed toy into all the photos too. It's a talking point. Easier to hide and disguise when the house is still furnished too.

Shame the estate agent isn't called Badgers Grin

jessieh · 11/06/2014 17:44

As the administrator in the Estate Agent in question and a mum to be myself (due 5th November) I can confirm that the badger now appears in all photos! He is both shocked and delighted with his newfound fame. Happy badger spotting :-)

BumWad · 11/06/2014 19:56

He's having a bath!

DillydollyRIP · 11/06/2014 22:17

Ha. :)

MoonlightandRoses · 11/06/2014 22:23

jessieh - firstly congratulations (on the impending arrival, not the badger Grin) and secondly, can't find him in the final garden picture. Sad Any clues?

ScrambledEggAndToast · 11/06/2014 22:24

Lol, that has made me laugh Grin

HenI5 · 11/06/2014 22:40

Hello Jessie

What fun!
Congrats on your bonfire baby and yay me, I've spotted all 11.
Some of them are tricky though.

Love you've joined in, did you trace back to this thread?
Hope you get a good price for the cottage.

PS
my favourite photo is the one inside at the French doors

jessieh · 12/06/2014 09:08

Thank you for your congratulations! MoonlightandRoses - I promise he is there! Persevere! :-) HenI5 - well done! Someone emailed us about this thread and I thought I would join in so my Director went back to the house and planted the badger in different locations in the house!

Hooliesmoolies · 12/06/2014 09:35

Love the fact that he now appears in all of the photos.

Gatekeeper · 12/06/2014 09:40

I can't see him in photo 9 and 11 so I'm not buying the house!

Hooliesmoolies · 12/06/2014 10:34

Gatekeeper he's above the grasses to the left in 9, and by the big stick near the pond in 11. So you can buy the house now Grin

Do I get any commission?

HenI5 · 12/06/2014 10:43

I think it's great.
What I'd like to know now Jessie is who is he? does he have a name? where did he come from? and most importantly, will you be offering your clients this optional extra service should they require it?
Of having a famous internet badger secreted in their photos I mean Grin

jessieh · 12/06/2014 11:24

If the clients want the badger (other stuffed animals are available) then they can have him! We are assuming he is a he, perhaps he is actually a she.. Bruce or Bridget? You decide..

AlpacaPicnic · 12/06/2014 12:22

That's so brilliant! Love his little face peeking around the corner!

jessieh · 12/06/2014 14:48

The property is called Badgers Rest, we haven't just randomly decided to plant a badger in every picture!

Mintyy · 12/06/2014 14:54

Cute little cottage and I love the badger.

Mrsbucketxxx - you did see the badger in the bath, right?

mrsbucketxx · 12/06/2014 15:04
