Noisy location?

A house I like is across the road from a pub. Was thinking that this might be o.k. but I've googled the pub and it also has a camp site and touring pitches and is open all year round. It has a car park for 18 cars - it's going to be quite noisy isn't it? I thought the house seemed really cheap! Would you want to live so close to a busy pub, would it bother you? How noisy might it be?

Go and sit nearby in your car in the evenings and at weekends to get an idea.

We're 3 doors away from a very popular pub but get no noise at all. It's an eating rather than drinking pub and the average customer is 50+ years. The only issue is parking but it's not a problem for us as we have enough parking for our needs.

We live by the A48 in Cardiff, between the ambulance station and the fire station by a cross roads, it can be noisy, but like everything you get used to it and the house has it advantages ! and double glazing. Guess a pub could be the same, probably more noticeable in summer time when you are sat in the garden, to be honest the camp site would not bother me as most will be asleep at sun set, and from experience camp sites do not tolerate late night noise as others complain too much !! If you love the house I would go for it !
