This is local to me, stunning location and what an amazing house and garden! if I owned it I'm not sure I'd want to rent it out - even at £7k a month!!

Omg! The gardens! And the dining room, i love it!

We have to find some faults though, dont we? The floor in the kitchen looks cheap comparing to the rest of the house.

(and now i feel better)

princesscupcakemummyb · 07/06/2014 19:15

it is beautiful

RachelHRD · 07/06/2014 19:15

Lol I agree re the floor - should be marble at the very least!!

Ummmm, the step in the kitchen floor would annoy me. I'd be tripping over it all the time whilst carrying loaded plates especially after a Wine or two . There, feel better now? Grin

Valsoldknickers · 07/06/2014 20:48

Agree, the steps in the kitchen would be a pita! Just jealous though as it is beautiful!

HaveToWearHeels · 07/06/2014 21:37

Stunning, just showed DH, he said we could do 2 nights Grin

wonkylegs · 07/06/2014 21:39

Hmm doesn't do it for me. Looks nice lit up at night though

LondonGirl83 · 07/06/2014 21:54

Agree with Wonklegs, not really my taste. Also, I can't imagine living in a 4,000sqft house. It seems far too large for connected family life.

Hakluyt · 07/06/2014 21:56

I was so disappointed- I misread that as "stunning horse"!!!!!!

HeyN0nny · 08/06/2014 11:52

Hakluyt, I'm trying to imagine what a stunning horse in the DIY section might be about! Comes in kit form - build your own Derby winner!

madbutnormal · 08/06/2014 17:21

Not my taste and garden a bit too formal for me

ExcuseTypos · 08/06/2014 17:31

Think of the gas bill!

I don't like it, love the view though.

NinetyNinePercentTroll · 08/06/2014 17:34

I'm not keen . Garden is too formal & contrived for my tasted and the interior design is too wannabe footballers wives. The living room looks like someone had a trolley dash in HomeSense.

NinetyNinePercentTroll · 08/06/2014 17:35

I agree that the setting and the views are pretty though.

NinetyNinePercentTroll · 08/06/2014 17:35

Tastes not tasted Hmm

trixymalixy · 08/06/2014 17:38

Why do people take lovely old buildings and suck any character out of them by making them look like a new house inside?

Really not to my taste.

tribpot · 08/06/2014 17:39

It's to let unfurnished, which is a relief as I really don't fancy some of the furnishings. (Er, not that I am thinking about renting it). That lightshade in the living room is a lesson in how to muck up a nice ceiling feature. The whole house suffers from the problem of how to furnish massive rooms without gigantic weird furniture. Once you'd moved in you'd never be able to fit your furniture into a normal house again :)
