Am I the only one who wants a mid height (about 140cm high) and wide or even double door fridge? Do they exist?

You're not the only one - those do sound sensible dimensions. I am quite short so found I couldn't get on with our old fridge freezer as I wasn't tall enough to see the things on the higher shelves in the fridge.

I now have a freestanding tall fridge but mainly use the middle shelves. I am yet to see a fridge that really meets my needs.

Could you put a normal larder fridge on some sort of base or adapted wall unit? You could have two next to each other with the doors adapted to open outwards.

It depends on where it will be in your kitchen but I'm thinking about the units you put above fridges - you could just put it underneath instead. I'm sure a fitter or joiner could strengthen it to work. Maybe?

My Gram fridge is 127 high 60 wide. It was the best I could do but was ages ago.

you could probably get one at a catering suppliers, likely to be in brushed stainless. I use this company but there will be one near you. Check dimensions carefully as it may be deeper than a domestic one.

Used catering appliances are often available greatly reduced.
