DH and I are finally in a position to start looking at houses. We have an appt with a mortgage advisor on Saturday but due to the area of the UK we live in (London) we're looking at a 95% mortgage.
I've done some serious work on my credit rating over the past few months and increased it from 742 to 936. DH's is in the 900's.
Just wondered if anyone else has gotten a 95% mortgage and what credit score they deemed acceptable for it?
