Try Robisons/Cheshire Loft Conversions based in Poynton. We have been in touch with them about a cellar conversion (they do lofts and cellars) and have been impressed. I caveat this by saying they haven't done work for us yet. Gave us a ball park figure and detailed quote. They are keen for us to go and see their work in other customers' home.

Came across as knowledgeable, imaginative and honest.
