My experience of 247 Blinds was less than satisfactory in fact my complaint has been ongoing since February and has just been resolved (end May)! The only reason being is that my daughter communicated via Facebook and this got resolved by the Managing Director. So thank you for social networking. My first mistake is that I sent my exact measurements (I literally measured my existing old blinds and as website gives you 'exact' size option, I thought I could not go wrong. Wrong. They don't allow any extra in their calculations for whatever reason they state. In fact my husband measured all the received blinds and they were all much narrower even with their so called stated allowance. Suspicious that they are made fo measure? Incidentally, this was not my complaint. I accepted I had made a blunder or rather did not interpret the wording correctly. I did not bother to argue as when reading the site it is very ambiguous with the wording, but my understanding of exact is just that. I had to spend another lot of money to replace a particularly short one. I could not afford to replace all of them (as there were 8 in total in my conservatory). I resigned myself to having to live with the shortfall, although obviously it was disappointing. The blind received was of a different shade and completely different texture even though my order was exactly the same. Don't bother ordering a swatch sample like I did as this clearly means nothing as they fob you off with batch variations. I found myself in a situation of paying for blinds that did not fit and did not all match! Great as they are hanging next to one another in a conservatory ?? Numerous phone calls and e mails amounted to nothing over the months. When you can finally get through to someone they were not aware of the situation and you have to constantly repeat the matter over and over again which then still amounted to nothing. I had to send photos of the blind and then when they were not satified, I then had to return the blind for inspection. Still nothing. At one stage after me telephoning again, they said they would refund the returned blind. My response was how was I to match it up with the others? No-one was interested. Very bad customer service. E mails are written by people with very little englsh grammar. I have copied and pasted the exact wording and spelling); "Thank you for sending me the photos in I hav ehad a look and due to batch veriation there is only a shade different in colour I am sorry but there is nothing else I can do". One very dissatisfied customer. Would not use again. Dont be fooled into thinking that their sale is about to end and order in haste. Buy from a trusted company. My complaint only got dealt with in the end by my daughter's persistence and sheer determination that we would not accept sub standard goods.

Never had any problems myself, but then I tend to measure as stated on the website.
