Me and my husband have applied for a mortgage with the Halifax, our application has a B PASS and has been sent away to the underwriters because they can not find us on the voters roll even tho we are and have been for years, I've gave them a letter to prove we are, how likely are we to get accepted? We are putting down 10% have no missed payments in last 6 years only thing is I've not have much credit but my husband has.
Mortgage adviser said we should find out by Friday prob won't sleep till then don't know what we will do if we get declined we've done all we can
