'Filling in' front garden to extend driveway. Which trade to call?

I didn't know exactly which topic to put this in, but I hope someone has some ideas.

Our 120 ft garden is out of control and we definitely need professional help with pretty much everything. However the main thing is our front garden.

It's completely overgrown, has falling down tiny walled beds. Nothing grows in it apart from around the borders. The thing is, the house is a couple of steps down from the current driveway (you have to step down into the front garden).

We really want to remodel our driveway to somehow 'fill in' the front garden to have it as a part of our driveway. This would probably mean building some retaining walls so we don't have driveway half way up our windows!

Sorry this is really rambling. Basically, I have no idea who to call. It's not technically a simple driveway resurface, and it's not technically a gardening thing for a landscape gardener. Has anyone done anything similar? I'm feeling a bit lost.

Landscape gardener should cover it, or you could ask a driveway specialist chances are he would do drives & gardens.
