Do you have a booster or extension for your doorbell, all you can hear it while in the garden?

I just missed a delivery because I was in the back garden for a few minutes. I looked at amazon to see what's available, but would like your recommendations.

We bought a cordless one from amazon, the soundbox bit can be taken into the garden with you, very handy. Cannot recall name off top of head but it's black/silver, about £60. Can get cheaper ones or pay up to £120 depending on your taste and budget, I read the reviews carefully and checked the photos as I had a horror of anything involving white plastic hence the need to get a black door push to match black front door. There is a wide choice though, as long as you get decent quality one you can't go wrong.

We have a Volex one but, having had a cursory google, I'm not sure if it is still available.

We have a friedland wireless system that was fitted by the previous owners 12 years ago. It works brilliant has great range and has never given us a single problem. Hope I havent spoken too soon!
