Anyone ever had a Let to Buy mortgage? What is your experience? We are considering this to realise a lot of equity to purchase our future home. It would take out the stress of selling and potentially being in a chain and having life on hold. The rental market is hot where we are and tends to have long term corporate lets, so it looks too good to be true.

We do it lots for clients. Best advice is get a good Mortgage advisor as lending rules have recently changed. You need to have a lot of capital in your home for it to be a real benefit though.
