We have a very open plan ground floor which has worked for us so far but we now want to create a different sort of space.
We're looking at putting an interior wall back in around 2.5 x 4 m) and extending out into our side return - around 2m x 7m with big velum windows as the kitchen is North facing. Any thoughts on ballpark budget for this? Anything I need to think about?
