Sorry if this is posted in the wrong place - really wasn't sure where to put it!
DP and I are thinking of buying a house from Keep Moat. Everything seems great, and the development is actually under the jurisdiction of a different company that is regenerating the area (don't want to say too much more for fear of revealing where we are); it is more-or-less just the selling that is down to Keep Moat. Neither of us have had anything to do with Keep Moat before, and this will be our first property. Can anyone offer an opinion on them? Thanks in advance!
