Hi I was just looking for a bit of advice really, as hear a lot of this an that and no confused.

I recently moved into a property that I rent, I was on the understand that the 'outside toilet' was going to be new as this was told before I moved in, the outside toilet is connected to the house.

This has no sink in there either but is a large toilet for one. The nearest place to wash hands is the kitchen, I was wondering should there be a sink in or near the toilet?

As confusing as some people say yes should be some say no. What is the actual facts on it as going mad as don't no what will be for the best

Many thanks

Is there a bathroom with a loo inside the house too?

There's an outside toilet here too but it's not connected to the house. It's been disconnected or something and is used for storage, but the loo is still there, IYKWIM.

Well if you have an inside toilet too I would just keep for emergencies and storage. Let workmen use, or for when the kids are in the garden. Keep a bottle of hand wash gel in there since there isn't a sink.

Would love an extra loo outside. Good for DH to stop him contaminating the house every morning!

Ah, just use the one inside then Smile Mine makes a great place for the lawnmower etc. And a home for spiders.

My Nan had a house with an outside loo.
DM used it as a refuge when she came home pissed up after parties.

When I was little our house only had an outside loo, until my mum managed to buy the house and have it modernised. It was bloody cold in the winter.
