Children's Bathroom - no bathtub?

We're in the process of adding a bathroom extension just a few steps away from the loft children's rooms, and it's teeny. With an eye towards resale, would it be unadvisable to forgo a bathtub in favor of just a shower so we could get some storage in there?

My bathroom is directly below and has a tub (which I regret). So there's one nearby, but I wonder if this would put buyers off.

One bath per house is sufficient. Two showers is useful, two toilets is essential.

Agree with Nocomet - as long as there is a bath somewhere, I wouldn't worry.

thanks very much - we're in agreement, then. As a shower person I would always go for storage over a bathtub.
