Weird Electrician putting plugs in odd places

I posted about this Electrician behaving oddly. I went into look at his work and I found he had put the plugs so low down that they will be sitting on the top edge of the worktop, which means you can't have a row of tiles below them. WTF? who does that? He is coming back tomorrow to finish off I think it will be hell as he is stopping the fitters from doing anything and they will be behind now. Can I get him to move them to a "normal" height? he is from a contractors.

He also scratched my cooker and left dust in a vent from the cooker putting his tools on it and didn't cover it.

I am quite cross now, at this point.

I think you normally tile round plug sockets but if they are lower than specced just ask him to move them.

I had a kitchen extension and an Ikea kitchen fitted (I have seen your other thread) but I had it fitted by an independent fitter.

The electrician use a laser measure to set the height to which all of my plug sockets are set. So in my Ikea kitchen, there is the base cabinet on those standard plastic legs which I believe are set at 14cm-16cm high. Then the worktop, then an upstand and there is still space.

As you can hopefully see in this picture.

Ask the electrician to move the sockets.
