We love the house, but DH can't stand up in the bath.

It currently has no shower.

This is a deal breaker for him.

I said we could move the bath away from the wall were the ceiling slopes to and put that along the wall where the toilet it and fit shower above, and move toilet to the wall where the bath originally was.

Will this be possible?

yes

the basin might go under the slope, because it makes you stand away from the wall, and you have to lean forward when brushing your teeth. Sometimes a WC is also ok under a slope.

If you have room, you can put storage and towel rails under a slope

We've just done exactly this. We have nothing directly along the wall that meets the slope, but the toilet and sink near to the edge of the perpendicular walls and it works fine.
