Our house is a lovely size but looking tired and needs a bit of work to bring it up to date. I need someone to do the following:
New flooring for the whole of downstairs
New doors hung around the whole house (16 of them!)
Hall wallpapered, replace skirting, bannister and hand rail
3-4 rooms repainted
Possibly new kitchen or at the least new worktops
Outside of house repainted
I think it would be preferable to get a company in who could do the whole lot. Have looked on MyBuilder and there are some great recommendations on there but can they be trusted (i.e. not the builders' mates filling them in!).
Anyone done similar and can recommend a firm in the Essex area or near, or any advice at all? Thanks!
