Any suggestions of where to look for bathroom inspiration are gratefully received.

I assume you've tried the usual Pinterest and hou zz etc ? What about looking in your local studios and plumbing shops ? Sometimes getting built in cupboards that are bespoke sizes to suit works well - Jali do all sorts of flat packed built in ( or freestanding ) things that might be useful as can be to made to exact sizes !

which bits of sanitary ware are going in it?

at that size I don't think you have space for any storage at all if you actually want to sit on the toilet!

There's currently a bath along one wall, and a toilet and basin with built-in units along the perpendicular wall.

wow. That is an impressive piece of planning.

one check - does the basin over-hang the bath? If so you can't have a shower screen at that end. We've discounted several properties because of this.

you can get shorter baths and small basins, and of course you may want to remove the bath and just have a shower cubicle.

Ideal standard do a range called Concept Space, which has smaller baths, sinks/vanity units etc

Under sink storage and maybe a wall cupboard from Duravit. Loads to choose from as German and extremely well made. Sinks are available to fit the cupboards in all sorts of sizes and not ridiculously expensive. They are very smart and practical.

My bathroom is that size so I am surprised you have any space for built in units - unless you mean that the toilet and bsin are in built-in units.

Personally, I prefer free-standing.

Maybe I should measure the room properly Smile
