Our lovely builder appears to be so busy that he's not even returning my calls 
. As good as he is I'm fed up waiting and want to crack on with a small extension and some other odds and sods.
Can anyone recommend a good builder that's reasonable, reliable and not so busy that we'll have to wait six months to be seen!
