I haven't sold a house before so don't know if this is good or bad for a first viewing?
Am in a Scottish market very fast moving, but only five couples came to our first open viewing - the agent mentioned that it may be because clashed exactly with today's Scottish football final (dunno details), but I don't think that is total explanation!
Three of the couples seemed keen and spent ages wandering about exploring it on their own after the tour which I think a good sign maybe? - and one even asked outright about closing dates.
No way to know of course unless notes of interest or offers - fingers crossed. It is exciting. I am actually enjoying this a bit! But would like to know if these sound good signals - or if it seems weirdly sparse.
