Hot water supply and turning off the central heating

Hi,

I hope someone can help me please.

We have a megaflo boiler (house water) and ideal boiler (central heating).

Since we've switched off the central heating our household water has dipped to mildly lukewarm.

We've tried a variety of options and according to the manuals this problem doesn't exist.

Has this happened to anyone else before? All tips and suggestions would be gratefully received.

What does your timer or programme look like? What hours do you have HW set on?

how did you turn off the heating?

Are any of your radiators still warm?

When did you last have your boiler and Megaflo serviced?

p.s.

A Megaflo is not a boiler, it is a (pressurised) hot water cylinder. The gas boiler provides the heat to it.
