We are about to start a big renovation project and I'm slightly nervous as we have had very bad experiences with builders in the past. Has anyone come across BTL property services, or Upsher Harrison and are they any good?

Any advice v much appreciated

I've used BTL. PM me if you have any specific questions. I thought they were great and their references were good, too. Used them on two properties. Never heard of Upsher Harrison. HTH
